CreatorMint ("CreatorMint," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at creatormint.live and the associated application at app.creatormint.live (together, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

By using the Platform, including registering for the Genesis Airdrop, the presale, or connecting a wallet, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Email address (Genesis Airdrop registration, presale interest registration, email verification)

• Telegram username (Genesis Airdrop registration)

• First name (optional, Genesis Airdrop registration)

• Referral code, if you were referred by another user

• A username you choose to set on your account profile

Information collected automatically:

• Your wallet's public address, once you connect a wallet

• IP address, used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention on our backend — not linked to your identity or stored long-term

• Standard technical logs (browser type, device type) collected by our hosting providers as part of normal web infrastructure

Public blockchain information: Solana is a public, immutable ledger. Any transaction you make — presale purchases, staking, token transfers — is permanently recorded on-chain and publicly visible to anyone, independent of anything CreatorMint does. We do not control, and cannot delete, on-chain data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Register and track your participation in the Genesis Airdrop, including verifying task completion and crediting qualified referrals

• Prevent abuse of the airdrop and referral systems (e.g., duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals)

• Register your interest in the presale and notify you when it opens, if you provided an email for that purpose

• Verify your email address via a one-time code, where you request that

• Rate-limit requests to our backend to prevent spam and denial-of-service abuse

• Send you updates about CreatorMint, only if you've explicitly opted in (e.g., the "I agree to receive updates" checkbox at registration)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform. Each processes a limited slice of the information above, only as needed to provide their service to us:

• Supabase (database and backend functions) — stores registration data, referral records, and rate-limiting logs

• Resend (email delivery) — sends verification codes and, if applicable, update emails

• Reown / WalletConnect (wallet connection infrastructure) — facilitates connecting your Solana wallet to the Platform; we never receive or store your private keys or seed phrase

• Vercel and Framer (hosting) — serve the application and website, and process standard web request logs as part of normal operation

4. Data Retention

We retain registration and referral data for as long as needed to operate the Genesis Airdrop and presale programs, and to maintain accurate records of token allocations owed to participants. Rate-limiting logs (IP-keyed) are periodically purged and not retained long-term. On-chain data is permanent by the nature of blockchain technology and cannot be deleted by us or by you.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (email, Telegram username, name, referral records). To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 9. Note that we cannot delete or alter information already recorded on the Solana blockchain, as it is outside our control by design.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including: verification codes are never stored in plain text (only cryptographically hashed), database access is deny-by-default (row-level security), and all data-collecting endpoints are rate-limited against abuse. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
